Our kosher, dairy-free treats are baked in-house, all day, every day. We're following the same recipes that have been baked here since 1977, including Seven Layer Cake, Danish, Kuchen, Challah and more.

Spring Schedule Updates
SUMMER FRIDAY HOURS RESUME MARCH 13
Once the clocks switch back to Daylight Savings Time, we'll once again be open until 4pm on Fridays.
PASSOVER
We will be closed for Passover from Wednesday, April 1 to Thursday, April 9.
We do not make any gluten-free, flourless or kosher-for-Passover desserts.

EASTER
Regretfully, we will be closed for Easter (April 5) because the holiday overlaps with Passover this year. If you would like recommendations for desserts that can be purchased ahead and frozen, please ask!

Malek’s Bakery is under the supervision of the RKK- Rochester Kehillah Kosher and has been reviewed and endorsed by STAR-K Kosher Certification. All products are Kosher Parve and all baked goods are Pas Yisroel.
